The school impact fee in the Brentwood Union School District will drop $0.20 per sq. ft., or 6.6 percent, based on the district’s updated School Facilities Needs Analysis or SFNA. The district currently charges a Level II fee of $3.21 per sq. ft. The rate is scheduled to change to $3.01 per sq. ft. on June 20, 2018, when the Brentwood Union School Board holds a public hearing and adopts the updated fee resolution.
