    Paul Campos oversees the BIA|Bay Area governmental affairs staff, manages the association's litigation activities, acts as a resource for members on land use, planning and environmental issues, and works with the California Building Industry Association state legislative and regulatory issues. He has testified before the United States Senate on behalf of BIA and the National Association of Home Builders on land use and environmental issues. Paul has been with the association since 1993. He earned a B.A. with highest honors from UC Berkeley and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. He enjoys snow skiing, exceptional timepieces and traveling.

    Robert "Bobby" Glover took the helm as BIA|Bay Area's Executive Officer in 2010 after serving the prior seven years as the association's executive director for governmental affairs. Bobby leads BIA's governmental affairs, membership, events and operations team in addition to directing the association's Build Jobs Political Action Committee. An avid community volunteer, Bobby is also an elected member of the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park District and sits on the board of directors for HomeAid Northern California. Bobby earned his bachelor of arts in rhetoric and communication from the University of California at Davis and an associate's degree from Diablo Valley College. Bobby a Martinez native now makes his home in neighboring Pleasant Hill with his wife Nicole. They are proud parents to two young daughters, Hailey (6) and Ronni (2)...and their 14-year old French Bulldog, Aggie.

    Dennis Martin represents BIA|Bay Area throughout the South Bay and Peninsula region of the San Francisco Bay Area. A San Jose State and Michigan State University theater arts graduate, Dennis also sits on the board of trustees for PAC Silicon Valley, the largest business political action committee in the South Bay. Additionally, he volunteers his time as president of the board for the San Jose Stage Company. Dennis is an accomplished marathon runner and when Pat and Dennis are not speaking at a city council hearing or lobbying for real estate policy issues, they enjoy traveling, gardening and wine tasting.

    Zach Otting runs the association’s financial, human resources, office and information technology operations. Prior to joining BIA|Bay Area in 2010, he worked for a Florida start-up company that developed first-responder training simulators for firefighters and emergency medical technicians or EMTs. He also worked for CB Richard Ellis on its multi-housing team. Born and raised in Livermore, Zach earned a bachelor of science in business administration at Sacramento State University in 2005. Zach lives in Dublin and enjoys playing basketball, golf, and, well, more golf.

    Evelyn Ragonton orchestrates BIA|Bay Area’s many events from start to finish, everything from the elegant Excellence in Home Building Awards show to the down-and-dirty assembly line of toiletry items for donation to homeless shelters. She joined the association in late 2015 after a ​five​ year partnership at a wedding & event planning business, an endeavor that provided unparalleled experience for her current position. Previously, Evelyn worked in marketing for Restoration Hardware and the iconic Gump’s department store in San Francisco. She also worked in the movie industry as a film booker for Century Theatres movie chain. A California native who grew up in Benicia, Evelyn studied Computer Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Hercules with their two boys, Jacob (10) and Lincoln (5). She enjoys family activities and watching sports (Go Niners!), but when she has a rare free evening, she likes to catch up with her girlfriends.

    Pat Sausedo - half of Sausedo Consulting Company along with Dennis Martin — is happy to be back with BIA Bay|Area. She has a terrific track record of working and helping South Bay home builders provide quality homes and neighborhoods. As a former San Jose City councilmember and vice mayor, Pat shepherded the planning and development of two of the biggest projects in the city’s history: Silver Creek Planned Residential Community and the Evergreen Specific Plan. For 25 years, Pat has also been the executive director for NAIOP Silicon Valley, the Commercial Real Estate Association, and spent three years at the helm of public affairs for the San Jose/Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Pat serves on the board of Recovery Café San Jose. Residents of the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose, Pat and Dennis, have four adult children that live in various parts of the country.

    Lisa Vorderbrueggen leads BIA|Bay Area’s governmental affairs advocacy efforts in Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano counties. She joined the association in March 2014 after a 25-year journalism career. As a reporter, editor and political columnist for the Bay Area News Group and the Contra Costa Times, she covered everything from city council elections to transportation sales tax campaigns to major land-use initiatives, and was instrumental in the production of dozens of televised candidate round-tables for more than a decade. A fifth-generation Oregonian, Vorderbrueggen earned her journalism degree at the University of Nevada-Reno and began her career at the Nevada Appeal in Carson City, Nev. She also worked as a national correspondent in Washington, D.C., for the Las Vegas Journal and was the Carson City Bureau Chief for the Reno Gazette-Journal. Her work has been recognized by the Nevada and California press associations and she appeared in two Emmy-award winning documentaries about the construction of the new eastern span of the Bay Bridge. Vorderbrueggen lives in Martinez with her husband, Joe. She enjoys photography, sailing and her 14 grandchildren.
