The City of Santa Clara will be holding a developer stakeholder study session and two general public sessions to review the findings and recommendations of their preliminary draft Affordable Housing Nexus Study. The study sessions will be held in the City Council Chambers, 1500 Warburton Avenue, Santa Clara 95050. A copy of the Nexus Study is attached.
