The City of Santa Clara is processing an increase in affordable housing impact fees applicable to rental apartments, a jobs housing linkage fee applicable to non-residential development and other updates to the city’s affordable housing policies. The City Council will hear a presentation of nexus study findings at its February 21st meeting. Written comments may be submitted to Anna McGill
