Serving Dublin and San Ramon, DSRSD will hold a public hearing on June 21, 2016, to consider increasing its water capacity or hook-up fee by 3 percent or $356 per ⅝” meter from $12,407 to $12,763. If adopted, the new rate will go into effect on July 1, 2016. DSRSD is also proposing to incorporate an automatic annual adjustment based on the Engineering News Record Cost Index for San Francisco, which would go into effect each July 1 starting in 2017.
