Connection fees to the Diablo Water District in Oakley are proposed to increase approximately 5 percent on Aug. 1, 2016, but will retain pre-2011 discounts of 23 percent to 31 percent, depending on location. The district board will consider the proposed 2016-2017 rate schedule on July 13, 2016.
